How do I return an item?
  We offer a 30 return policy from date of receipt of item verified through shipping confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within the 30 day return time.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Makeup, Skincare and Hair care products.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order


Please contact us via our email at sweetbabyperfumeplus@sweetbabyperfumeplus.com ; for any issues/concerns with your order. All emails are handled in a timely manner and a response should be received within 2 business days.

Returns 31 days to 60 days from date of original verified received date are eligible for exchange only.

For security and accuracy all orders are video recorded on closed circuit television at time of processing to ensure exact match of description as written in listing. All returns/exchanges must be returned in the original condition sent including all original packaging intact. This includes all accessories, seals and outer wrappings.

Please send along a copy of our correspondence as confirmation of return. Refunds are processed upon receipt of Return. We are unable to refund original/return shipping charges of item.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.


SweetBabyPerfumePlus is not responsible for any taxes/duties paid for by and/or owed by the purchaser of said item

Although shipping is free when shopping at SweetBabyPerfumePlus any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $7.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $7.95.
