I bought 3 and one was damaged through mailing the lid was defective and lost 1/2 of the cologne.  I contacted the company with photos of  package, bottle and the dampness in pictures.  I was very pleased with the other two bottles.  We are pleased.  The Company promised to reimburse me for the 1 bottle of the cologne.
